We offer a free article and gathering each month for instructional coaches. We continue the conversation in our community through a discussion thread. If you're unavailable to attend live, you'll also be able to watch a recording in the community.

Keeping a notebook will help you remember the details and nuances of conversations, as well as make plans to move forward with your initiative. Each month we offer ideas and prompts to make your notebook as useful as possible.

We design an invitation to share resources and spur conversations among our community members. For example, you may be invited to share a podcast episode or social media feed that inspires you to be a joyful changemaker.

Each month you'll receive an article smorgasbord which is curated content around a leadership topic.

We all have questions, but often there's no one else in our same position...so who do we ask? Other times, the situation feels complicated, and we'd like to talk through possibilities with someone outside of the situation. We collect questions, and then answer them in a live Q&A. Live Q&As are recorded and posted until the next month's session. 

The key to making change happen is to inspire and engage your colleagues to taking the next step. Our Leadership Labs offer a practical video and PDF guide with clear instruction and valuable frameworks to build skills and confidence in working with adults.
